Lotus Elise blast

 

Described as "one of the most exciting cars of the decade" by Autocar, the Elise really has to be driven on a track to fully understand what all the fuss is about.



What is the Lotus Elise Blast?

 

The Lotus Elise Blast starts with signing on and a safety and techniques briefing which will be given by an experienced race driver.

 

You will then be given a safety helmet and you will drive 4/5 laps around the track in the Elise accompanied by your instructor. (4 laps at Elvington, 5 laps at Teesside)

 

Once you complete your drive you will be given a certificate to remind you of your day. 



 

Please allow 1.5 hours for your Lotus thrill.



You can now purchase 2 familiarisation laps with an instructor driving a saloon car before starting your Lotus Blast experience so that you know the track and you can get the most out of the Lotus. Availability :

Courses are available on selected Saturdays, Sundays and weekdays from March to the end of November.

 

Notes :

Gift vouchers are valid for 10 months.

 

Restrictions :

You must hold a full driving licence, be less than 6'4" and weigh less than 18 1/2 stone.

 

Why not complete your driving experience with a hot lap driven by a professional driver. You wont beleive how fast you can go. The passenger lap will take place in the car nominated for passenger laps that day. Cars normally used include BMW M3, Lotus Elise, Subaru or Caterham.
