Ferrari 360 V Lotus Elise driving experience.

 

 

Introduced to Britain in 1999 the 360 had a lot to live up to as it replaced the f355 which was regarded as one of the best cars Ferrari had ever made.

It didn't dissapoint!

 

One of the worlds most desirable supercars, the 360 is powered by a 3.6 litre V8 which sounds amazing.

 

How will it compare to the Lotus Elise around a track? Although the Lotus only has a 1.8 litre engine the results may be closer than you think!

 

 

The Ferrari V Lotus experience starts with signing on and a safety and techniques briefing by an experienced race driver.

 

You will then be given a safety helmet and you will be driven around the track in a saloon car for 2 familiarisation laps to show you the racing line.

 

Next you drive 4/5 laps around the track in the very agile Lotus Elise with your instructor giving you tips on the best way to take the corners.

 

Then you move up to the very powerfull Ferrari 360. You will complete 4/5 laps around the track in what many say is the best car Ferrari have made.

 

Once you complete your drive you will be given a certificate to remind you of your day.

 

Please allow 2 hours for the Ferrari V Lotus experience.

(4 laps at Elvington, 5 laps at Teesside)

 

 

Availability :

Courses are available on selected Saturdays, Sundays and weekdays from March to the end of November.

 

Notes :

Gift vouchers are valid for 10 months.

 

Restrictions :

You must hold a full driving licence, be less than 6'4" and weigh less than 18 1/2 stone.

Why not complete your driving experience with a hot lap driven by a professional driver. You will be amazed at just how fast you can go. The passenger lap will take place in the car nominated for passenger laps that day. Cars normally used include BMW M3, Lotus Elise, Subaru or Caterham.
