Rally Thrill and Supercar Thrill Choice.

Have you ever fancied being a rally driver, doing handbrake turns on a gravel rally stage? 

Or have you always wanted to drive a Supercar? 

In this experience you do both!

You can choose any 1 supercar from the following when you book a date: Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Audi R8, Porsche 911 Turbo, Ariel Atom, Lotus Elise, BMW M3 or Subaru Impreza Sti.

The Experience:

Supercar Thrill: This begins with a briefing from an experienced racing driver who will explain the best way to drive the Supercar on track to get the most out of it.

Next you will be driven around the track by your instructor so that you know where you are going.

Then its your turn to drive 4 laps around the track in your choice of supercar.

Once you recover from the adrenalin rush its over to the Rally stage to drive a Group N Rally car.

Rally Thrill: We will teach you how to correct understeer and oversteer, to balance the car with the throttle, how to correct the car if you lose control,  as well as mastering the art of using the handbrake around the hairpins on the tighter sections of the stage.

You will start with a safety and in-car briefing, to explain the art of Rally car driving, helping to improve your understanding of car control to improve your driving.

Your Rally Thrill includes 1 lap with full instruction, 3 practice laps, and then 2 timed laps around the stage to put the theory into practice and see how much you have improved. (6 laps total)

Can you handle the pressure of driving against the clock?

The Cars :

-Peugeot 206 Rally Challenge cars (130 bhp).

-Ford Fiesta and Ford KA Rally Challenge cars (130 bhp).

All are fully Rally prepared competition vehicles with fitted roll cages and hydraulic handbrakes.

This actvity will take place on selected weekends at York between March and November.
