Audi R8 v Ferrari 360 driving experience.

Drive the long awaited Audi R8 on track.

The 4.2 litre V8 Audi R8 will reach 0-62 in 4.6 seconds and will go on to a top speed of 187 Mph. Its light weight body and 4 wheel drive mean that it is perfectly suited to the race track.

But how will it compare to one of the most recognised supercars of them all, the Ferrari 360?

The Ferrari delivers 400 Bhp and has a top speed of 186 Mph.

In this experience you will drive both, allowing you to decide which you think is best.

The experience starts with a briefing from an experienced racing driver. You will learn the best way to take a corner to get the best out of each of the cars.

Next you will be driven for 2 laps around the track by your instructor. This will help you identify the corners and prepare you for your drive. (not at Stafford)

You will drive each car for 4-6 laps around the track. (4 laps at York, Lincolnshire, and Oxford, 5 laps at Teesside and 6 laps at Stafford)

Finally you will be presented with a certificate.

Availability :

Courses are available on selected Saturdays, Sundays and weekdays from March to November.

Notes :

Gift vouchers are valid for 10 months.

Restrictions :

You must hold a full driving licence, be less than 6'5" and weigh less than 19 stone.

Why not complete your driving experience with a hot lap driven by a professional driver. The passenger lap will take place in the car nominated for passenger laps that day. Cars normally used include Lotus Elise, or Subaru Impreza Sti.

A passenger lap is already included in this experience at Stafford and Oxford and is an option at Teesside, York and Blyton Park.
